UK ratification of UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

This summer our Disability Committee has been considering the Government's likely intention to 'express reservations' when it ratifies the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities later this year. The Committee believes that the UK should ratify the Convention promptly and without reservation.
